2. No Guarantees of Results
Our programs, coaching, and manifestation teachings are designed to support your mindset and personal growth. However, results vary based on individual participation, effort, and alignment.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and therefore, dissatisfaction with results is not a valid reason for a refund.
3. Duplicate Payments or Technical Errors
If a technical issue results in a duplicate payment or transaction error, please contact us immediately at support@mariyaarslaan.com with your payment proof.
Legitimate duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded within 7–10 business days.
4. Payment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring accuracy when sending payments via bank transfer or Payoneer.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by incorrect account information or third-party payment processing systems.
If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording or alternate resource (if applicable) may be provided at the sole discretion of Mariya Arslan.
6. Exceptions (if applicable)
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

- System failure or access issue caused by our platform and verified by our team
In such cases, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
